Initial Reach Out

HR Manager to reach out and conduct informal interview. Questions will be more about the candidate, their experience, and giving background on the Company and role. 

If there is mutual interest, a formal interview will be scheduled. 
Stage 4

Interview

This interview is between the HR Manager, candidate and Hiring Manager. The HR Manager will go through a list of internal position specific questions to determine experience and fit for the role and Company. 
Stage 5

UpdatePromise Challenge

Candidates will be sent an email outlining the instructions for a take home presentation. In short, since you will be teaching dealerships how to use our product, you will be asked to make a presentation on any company/product you like, and teach how to use the product.
