Initial Reach Out

HR Manager to reach out and conduct informal interview. Questions will be more about the candidate, their experience, and giving background on the Company and role. 

If there is mutual interest, a formal interview will be scheduled. 
Stage 4

Coding Test

Candidates will be sent a coding test that takes toughly 1 hour to complete. If results are a pass, candidates will be scheduled with a Full Stack Developer for more tech specific questions. 
Stage 5

Interview

This interview is between the HR Manager, candidate and a Full Stack Developer. The HR Manager and Full Stack Dev will go through a list of internal position specific questions to determine experience and fit for the role and Company.
