My role at the company is to enable my team to effectively provide value to dealerships around the nation. While leading the sales team, I also actively participate in business development, strategic partnership growth, and product management.

Brandon was born and raised in the automotive industry and began his
automotive career by learning the ins and outs of his family’s collision
center. He soon developed a passion for cars and small businesses.
From obtaining his welding certification at the age of eight and
becoming a Certified SHARK Technician at the age of nine, it is safe to
say the car business is in his blood.

UpdatePromise was established in 2008 with the vision of providing innovative and industry-leading processes and solutions to help family-
owned automotive business owners, just like Brandon and his family.

Today, UpdatePromise has powered over 200 million messages across
the nation and serves the entire automotive industry with many more
revenue-driving solutions.

Brandon continues to lead sales operations at a nationwide level, to
provide Dealerships with UpdatePromise’s industry-leading Consumer
Experience Management System (CEMS) Solutions. His goal is to see
automotive businesses succeed by enhancing and modernizing their
Service Departments with the best people, processes, and products.
